14 Day Starter Course

Join other Tallahassee families and check out the benefits of martial arts. 

 

We accept ages 4-Adult and have specific workouts to match each age group and skill level.

 

Guests may attend as many lessons as they like in the 14 day period and most workouts are 45 minutes in length.

 

There is no other activity better than martial arts for self-defense, improved fitness, self-discipline and much more.
